As humans, we are naturally imperfect, and despite what social media may portray, striving for perfection is not the goal. In this session, we will delve into the core principles of behavioral finance, exploring how our inherent biases shape the choices we make. By recognizing these tendencies, we can create a practical framework that helps empower us and our teams to make informed, confident financial decisions with the attainable goal of excellence, not the impossible ideal of perfection.

A Tradition of Giving Back

A cherished tradition of the California Bankers Association’s Women in Banking Forum is our Pay It Forward initiative—an opportunity to spotlight and support organizations making a meaningful impact in our communities.

This year, we are proud to announce Laura’s House as our beneficiary. Laura’s house is a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending the cycle of domestic violence. Since 1994, Laura’s House has provided life-saving emergency shelter, transitional housing, counseling, legal advocacy, and supportive services to individuals and families affected by domestic abuse. Through education and community outreach, they are also working to empower people of all ages to build lives free from violence.

We invite all attendees to join us in supporting this vital cause. Your generosity can help provide critical resources and support to survivors and their families.
