With over 26 years of experience, Krista Snelling serves as President and Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors of West Coast Community Bancorp and Santa Cruz County Bank. Under her leadership, West Coast Community Bancorp stock was named to the 2024 OTCQX Best 50, a ranking of top performing companies traded on the OTCQX Best Market based upon total return and growth in average daily dollar volume in 2023.

Ms. Snelling currently serves on the boards of the Monterey Bay Economic Partnership, the Finance Committee and Board (Chair-Elect) of the California Bankers Association, the Finance Committee of the Community Foundation of Santa Cruz County, and the Executive Advisory Council of the University of the Pacific Eberhardt School of Business, where she is a frequent guest lecturer. She is member of the Cabrillo College Foundation President’s Circle and Rotary Club of Santa Cruz.

Ms. Snelling previously served as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Five Star Bank.

Ms. Snelling graduated from the University of the Pacific with a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Mathematics and Economics. She also holds a Master of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Davis, and is a California Certified Public Accountant (inactive).

Ms. Snelling was named in American Banker Magazine’s Most Powerful Women in Banking Watch List for 2023. Additionally, Ms. Snelling and members of the Bank’s executive team received American Banker Magazine’s Most Powerful Women in Banking Top Teams Award for 2023. She was recognized by the Silicon Valley Business Journal in 2023, making their Power 100 List, and in 2022 as a Woman of Influence. In 2020, she was named as a Sacramento Business Journal Woman Who Means Business and was awarded the Nancy Hotchkiss Woman of Impact Award by Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), recognizing her impact on the commercial real estate industry. In 2019, she was recognized as CFO of the Year by the Sacramento Business Journal.

Janet Garufis joined Montecito Bank & Trust in 2004 and joined the bank’s Board of Directors when she was appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer. Janet began her distinguished banking career as a teller over 50 years ago with Security Pacific Bank. She rose through the ranks of retail banking, completed the Security Pacific Management Training Program, and went on to successfully lead retail banking, business banking and private banking organizations at Security Pacific and Bank of America. She retired from banking in 1998 and moved to Santa Barbara in 2002 to pursue a PhD at UCSB.

Janet enjoys spending as much time as possible enjoying the Santa Barbara outdoors. A grandmother, she cherishes visits with her two sons and their families and still finds time for gourmet cooking, running, baking for friends and family, tending to her organic vegetable garden, volunteering in the community and playing with her two rescued terriers.

Bonnie Lee is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Hanmi Financial Corporation and Hanmi Bank, the first Korean-American Bank founded in 1982, now serving multi-ethnic communities across nine states across the United States.

In May 2019, Ms. Lee became the first female CEO in the firm’s 40-year history. She joined Hanmi in August of 2013 as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, and was promoted to President on June 15, 2018.

Before joining Hanmi, Ms. Lee held a number of positions at BBCN Bank and BBCN Bancorp, Inc., including Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, and Acting President and Chief Operating Officer of BBCN Bank, when she led the Executive Council and carried out the duties of the Chief Executive Officer during a management transition period.

Previously, Ms. Lee served as director and Regional President of the Western Region for Shinhan Bank America from September 2008 to March 2009; Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer at Nara Bank from April 2005 to September 2008, where she was a Member of the Office of the President from March 2006 to September 2008.

Janet Silveria is the President & CEO of Community Bank of Santa Maria.

Stacy began her career with Savings Bank in 1994. She held positions in the Investment Department, Consumer Lending and Commercial Lending, before being promoted to Senior Lending Officer in 2015. In January of 2021 she was named President and in July of 2021 she was named President and CEO. Stacy graduated from Ukiah High School, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Southern California, and completed Pacific Coast Banking School, the nation’s premier masters-level extension program for senior officers in the banking industry.

Currently serving as the senior vice president & chief human resources officer at Tri Counties Bank Ms. Giem brings over 25 year of progressive human resources to the California bankingindustry. After serving as the senior vice president & director of talent management for Banner Bank, a 15 Billion dollar financial institution headquartered in Washington State. Judi joined Tri Counties Bank, a 9.9 Billion dollar financial institution headquartered in Chico, California, in May of 2020. Prior to Banner Bank Judi served in senior human resources leadership roles at Sterling Savings Bank (acquired by UmpquaBank) and Itron, Inc. Judi holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational development from Whitworth University and a graduate degree in Organization Leadership from Gonzaga University. Judi also serves on the American Banker’s Association Diversity, Equality and Inclusion advisory board as well as serving on the board of the Sacramento Children’s Home.
