He has been involved in thousands of transactions, including Environmental Due Diligence for purchase and refinance transactions, and participations and foreclosures. He has a BS and MS in engineering and an MBA. Mr. Berlin is a professional engineer (multiple states, including KY, OH and MI), Ohio VAP CP, a member of the National Academy of Forensic Engineers and Environmental Bankers Association.
