Moss Adams LLP and the California Bankers Association has teamed up to provide a quarterly accounting update webinar series that is designed to keep your finance team up to speed on the latest developments in income taxes, financial reporting and accounting issues impacting community banks. 

This webinar series will include a one hour presentation by senior level professionals of Moss Adams LLP and is geared specifically for community bank CFO’s, Controllers and others involved with the financial reporting function. The webinars will take place approximately 45 days after each quarter end and will include a question and answer session. These webinars will provide you with the information and tools needed to navigate your bank through the complex and ever changing financial reporting requirements of the FASB and SEC and provide you with information you can use to reduce your tax exposure and maximize shareholder value.

Kristine Hoeflin, Senior Manager, Moss Adams LLP
Kristine has been practicing public accounting since 2003, providing corporate taxation services to financial institutions, including mutual, stock, start-up, and SEC reporting banks. Her experience includes tax planning, tax return compliance, income tax accounting, tax implications of acquisitions and sales, and other specialized and general tax services. Kristine works with more than 30 financial institutions ranging in size from start-up to large multi-state public banking companies.

Amy Jessup, Senior Manager, Moss Adams LLP
Amy has practiced public accounting since 1997. She is a member of the SEC/Corporate Finance Group and has a strong technical understanding of corporation, S-corporation, partnership, and individual tax matters. Her experience includes providing tax and consulting services to private and public companies on a variety of topics including; tax accounting related to business transactions, employee benefits and stock compensation, deferred taxes and uncertain tax positions, and information reporting. Amy predominantly works with financial institution clients.
