This series provides an overview of the audit function, taking into consideration the evolving role of internal audit, internal controls, expectations, planning, risk assessment, reporting and more.
Hands-on exercises will help participants apply the concepts presented.
This session will discuss the changing role of internal audit adding value through written communication. The course will leverage “what could go wrong” in various areas and illustrate how findings, recommendations and best practices may be most effectively communicated and then reported to members of the first, second and third line of defense.
