Pete Mitchell worked as CRE and SFR lender for 25+ years, with a near flawless lending record. His 30+ year banking career included extensive experience managing problem loans, foreclosing problem real estate loans and selling ORE. As Senior Credit Officer and President, he helped 2 banks under multiple OCC C&D Orders successfully attain good standing. His experience with quality loan production and problem loan management has provided him with a unique understanding of the “Market Value” of different types of real estate, both in good times and bad. He has both a BA Degree in Economics and an MBA from UT Pan American University. He has taught Economics for 2 Colleges and for the American Bankers Association.
