Washington D.C. Visit

Overview

Washington D.C. Visit
ABA Washington Summit

The California Bankers Association (CBA) invites you to join your colleagues for the CBA Annual Washington D.C. visit taking place concurrently with the American Bankers Association’s Washington Summit, March 18-20, 2024.

For our upcoming visit, we are excited to offer a financial grant to emerging leaders from CBA member banks doing business in California who have not yet had the opportunity to join us on a D.C. visit. Upon attending the visit, the association will reimburse one emerging bank leader per bank for up to $2,000 of travel and accommodation-related expenses. There is a limited number of grants, and we encourage you to register early and notify us of your intent to utilize the grant when you register. Grants are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have joined us on a visit before, we hope that you might consider joining your emerging leader in D.C.

This visit will provide an opportunity for bankers to hear from lawmakers and regulators. Additionally, CBA will schedule visits with key members of the California delegation. We encourage you to participate in this event and to extend the invitation to your bank employees. This event will provide an excellent professional development opportunity for your team and a chance to learn more about advocacy.

Please know that there is no registration fee. You do not need to be an ABA member to participate in this program, but you will need to create an aba.com account to register.
