Nick Adams currently serves as the U.S. Chief Privacy Officer at BMO Harris, and prior to the BMO acquisition of Bank of the West served as Bank of the West’s Senior Counsel for Data Protection Privacy since 2018. Before that, we was with Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld for almost 10 years as a litigator and privacy practitioner, and clerked with the US Department of Justice. In addition to cybersecurity and privacy, he has covered financial crimes, intellectual property, and hemp policy for Bank of the West Legal.
