Giulio Camerini is a credit risk management leader who works closely with financial institution boards of directors, audit committees, and management teams to assess areas of concern, emerging issues, and complex regulatory situations. He leads Crowe, LLP’s Credit Review team which actively serves hundreds of clients across the country for loan review, credit consulting, and credit review software. Through his career, Mr. Camerini has had the unique opportunity to serve and consult with over 700 financial institutions across the US and Canada, including banking institutions, credit unions, farm credit associations, nonbank lenders, and insurance companies. These organizations have a range starting with de novo to organizations with assets exceeding $100 billion USD.
Prior to joining Crowe, Mr. Camerini worked within large national financial institutions, including ABN AMRO LaSalle Bank n/k/a Bank of America and Fifth Third Bank, providing commercial credit analysis and loan review for a wide range of clients within these banking institutions. These clients had a wide range of products relating to a number of industries including real estate, middle-market commercial, asset-based lending, syndication/ SNC, club deals, Leveraged lending (HLT), equipment lending and leasing, capital call, not for profit, agricultural, surface transportation, healthcare, utilities, venture growth, and financial companies.
Mr. Camerini is a regular speaker at national and state lending conferences and has also provided a wide range of training sessions to lending institutions and banking regulators on the topic of credit & lending.
