Anne McEvilly is a principal of Aldrich & Bonnefin, PLC, specializing in regulatory compliance, including banking operations, treasury services and vendor management and contract negotiations. Ms. McEvilly is President and Chief Executive Officer of the firm.
From August 2001 to June 2007, Ms. McEvilly was in-house counsel to Toyota and Lexus Financial Services, specializing in retail installment sales transactions, lease agreements, tax information reporting, privacy compliance and information security. Prior to this period, Ms. McEvilly was an Associate with our firm from 1995 to 2001, concentrating in general banking compliance matters, including consumer and commercial electronic banking, new account documentation, and Bank Secrecy Act compliance.
Ms. McEvilly’s experience working in the financial services industry includes employment as legal counsel to the Resolution Trust Corporation, from 1993 to 1995, and her branch experience with California Federal Bank, from 1989 to 1991.
Ms. McEvilly obtained her juris doctor degree from Whittier College School of Law and was admitted to the California State Bar in 1993. She received her bachelor’s degree from California State University, Long Beach, where she majored in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Psychology.
