This panel will discuss the expansive new sanctions regime that has been adopted in connection with Russia and a global round-up of other key OFAC sanctions programs/enforcement actions.  It will also address changes to the Bank Secrecy Act, including the new Corporate Transparency Act, expanded Geographic Targeting Orders issued by FinCEN, enhanced whistleblower provisions, expanded penalties, and FinCEN’s potential expansion of the BSA in the real estate market.
