Rich joined the CBA in August 2019. He is a licensed CPA with 20 years of experience in accounting and financial management. Prior to the CBA, Rich served as assistant controller for Ethan Conrad Properties, and prior to that position, Rich was controller for the California Medical Association. Additional work experience for Rich includes the following roles: controller at Conquip, a manufacturer of converting equipment; controller at the California Construction Authority, as well as a position as auditor at Sacramento CPA firm, Gilbert & Associates. Rich as a graduate of California State University, Sacramento.
