CBA Announces Strategic Partnership with Equias Alliance

SACRAMENTO, CA — The California Bankers Association (CBA), one of the largest state banking trade associations, and Equias Alliance, LLC entered a new strategic endorsement partnership to offer CBA members their superior bank-owned life insurance (BOLI) and executive benefits solutions.

Equias Alliance is comprised of a team of some of the most experienced former consultants and technical resources of Clark Consulting, previously a CBA strategic partner. Equias will continue to serve the nonqualified benefit plan and BOLI needs of their Clark Consulting clients, as well as provide services to new client banks in California and across the nation. The Equias team is well qualified to service CBA members through their staff of 30 with 325 combined years of experience, including eight CPAs, two attorneys, seven MBAs, three CLUs, former bank officers, directors and regulators, who currently represent 700 bank clients.
