The Technical level is aimed at those that are responsible for implementing the technical, day-to-day risk-mitigating controls at your institution, such as managing and monitoring a firewall, managing mobile devices, performing a digital forensic investigation, or learning techniques that a hacker would use to break into the network so that you can build up your perimeter defenses.
