This course will prepare you to review the Individual Condominium Unit Appraisal Report, Form 1073. Course attendees will gain a better understanding of current appraisal policies and procedures, recognize the difference between this form and the Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (Form 1004) and be better able to review the unique aspects of the 1073.
