This new, fast-paced seminar has been designed specifically to provide relevant, up-to-date and practical information to help commercial lending personnel create enforceable liens and other necessary documentation. It covers everything you need to know about loan documentation in support of commercial loan decisions. Both new and experienced personnel will find this program to be informative and filled with useful and effective loan documentation principles and practices. Bob Ullom has spent most of his 40+ year career in commercial bank management, with primary focus on commercial lending, organizational growth, planning and structure. As President/CEO of two start-up banks, he led both organizations to profitable, sound status.Mr. Ullom, a CPA, began his business career with Deloite and Touche. He has been teaching bankers continuously since 1971. In 1989, R.V. Ullom & Company was founded with the mission of providing relevant, practical, and “real world” training to the financial industry. Mr. Ullom currently presents seminars, in-house training, moderates panels, teaches at banking schools, speaks at conventions and develops new learning programs for state banker associations, AIB chapters and individual banks in more than 30 states.
