Cancellation Policy

Substitutions are allowed at no additional cost. Written notice is required for all substitutions/cancellations. The full registration fee will be refunded if the request is received by September 6, 2013, and 50 percent if received by September 20. There will be no refunds after September 20. Registrations made after September 20 are not subject to refund.

The CBA rate is $185, single or double occupancy, plus taxes and resort fee.* The negotiated room rates for triple and quadruple stays are $210 and $235, respectively, plus local tax and resort fee.*

Please make your reservations by September 6, 2013. Rooms are limited and may sell out before this date. Reservations after this date will be accepted on a space-available basis at the hotel’s prevailing rates.

 

*The discounted resort fee for this event is $14 per day (usually $23). The fee includes daily use of: 24 hour gym, fitness classes, tennis court, in-room internet, incoming faxes, local calls, 800 calls, bicycle usage and use of outdoor game equipment, such as bocce ball, croquet and table tennis.
