Cancellation Policy

Substitutions are allowed at no additional cost. Written notice is required for all substitutions/cancellations. If the request is received by October 11, 2013, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded and 50% if by October 25. No refunds will be granted after October 25. Registrations made after October 25 are not subject to refund.
