Fielded nearly a dozen incoming media inquiries, which focused on a wide range of issues including the transition to EMV chip cards, issues surrounding banking medical marijuana dispensaries, flood insurance requirements and litigation between banks and cities.

Media interviews were conducted with the Los Angeles Times, San Francisco Chronicle, Sacramento Business Journal, CBS13 and Bloomberg BNA, among other publications and news outlets.

Prepared for the launch of CBA’s new logo in commemoration of the association’s 125th anniversary.

Tweeted more than 20 times to nearly 900 followers on CBA’s Twitter social media profile to engage online with policymakers, members, the media and endorsed partners. Engaged with more than 600 followers on the association’s LinkedIn profile.

Worked closely with the events and education teams to design marketing materials to promote CBA events, conferences and seminars. Brochures and other collateral material were created for BA’s Chief Credit Officers Symposium, Bank Presidents Seminar, Lenders Conference, CFO Conference, Risk Governance Seminar and Women in Banking Forum.

Assisted with several marketing campaigns to highlight new services or product offerings from endorsed partners Vitex, BankTrends and BancAlliance and Capital Circle members Moss Adams and PrecisionLender.
