CBA Launches Research Program to Aid Reputation Management Efforts

Working to improve the image of the banking industry and managing industry reputation continues to be one of the CBA’s foremost goals in 2013. This year CBA has engaged a public relations firm to conduct polling and focus groups to help us sharpen and strengthen our messaging, and create materials we can use, and make available for our members’ use, with external audiences including the media, elected officials, community leaders and bank customers. CBA anticipates the research will conclude, and these materials will be made available, before the end of April.
