CBA Joins ABA to Promote ‘Teach Children to Save’ Campaign
The California Bankers Association is partnering with the American Bankers Association to celebrate Teach Children to Save Day on April 23.
CBA is joining in the promotion of Teach Children to Save as part of its Financial Literacy Month campaign during April.
For 17 years the program has partnered banks with students for lessons on the importance of saving. The program has reached more than 5 million students with savings education lessons through the commitment of more than 121,000 banker volunteers. This year, Teach Children to Save Day will be celebrated on April 23, while bankers will give lessons throughout the year.
