CBA Chairman-Elect and President & CEO Attend ABA Freshman Fly-In in Washington, D.C.

Jeff Ball, chairman-elect of CBA and Rod Brown, president & CEO of CBA, will be in Washington, D.C. later this week to participate in the ABA-hosted Freshman Fly-In. The event is part of an effort to lay the foundation for solid and lasting relationships with the 98 new members of Congress, and educate them about key banking issues. The ABA predicts 80 bankers representing 22 states will attend this year. Ball and Brown will meet with the following new representatives from California: Rep. Juan Vargas, Rep. David Valadao, Rep.Tony Cardenas, and aides with Reps.Janice Hahn and Doug LaMalfa.

Additionally, Jeff Ball will meet with Rep. Gary Miller, vice chairman of the House Financial Services Committee and Rep. Ed Royce, who serves as a senior member on the House Financial Services Committee.
