CBA and the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco Conduct Roundtable Meeting
Last week several CBA member bankers joined CBA president and CEO, Rod Brown, and CBA EVP and COO, Maurine Padden, in San Francisco for a roundtable meeting with senior officials from the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco (FRB SF) including SVP and director of banking supervision and regulation, Teresa Curran. During the meeting, a number of key issues were discussed including cybersecurity and vendor management, the qualified mortgage rule, interest rate risk management and the proposed rule change regarding membership in the FHLB system. The two-hour meeting featured robust discussion among the bankers and the FRB SF officials, and we look forward to continuing to conduct these meetings next year.
