2016 A Day With the Regulators

Hyatt Regency Newport Beach
For 2016, CBA has invited representatives from the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco (FRB), the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).
“A Day with the Regulators” will cover ongoing and emerging compliance and examination issues, provide updates on the changes, and keep bankers in tune with regulators’ views, recent examination findings, and compliance trends. This event is also an opportunity for compliance managers, and others whose roles directly affect effective compliance, to network, share issues, and compare best practices.
Examiners will discuss their approaches to examinations and to compliance in the current environment, and look at the implications of ongoing changes to well-established regulations to help bank officers in 2016 and beyond.
The seminar will run from 8:45 a.m. to 4:20 p.m. on Tuesday, April 12 in Walnut Creek, and again on Thursday, April 14 in Newport Beach. Breakfast will begin at 7:30 a.m. and lunch will be served at 12:25 p.m.
