CBA’s only program exclusively for member bank presidents and CEOs. Senior leaders of California banks are invited to attend and share in informative sessions to discuss the ever-changing landscape of the financial services arena at the beautiful Four Seasons Biltmore in Santa Barbara.

Fax registrations will be accepted, but payment must be received before the event start date.

Cancellation Policy

Substitutions are allowed at no additional cost. Written notice is required for all cancellations. The full registration fee will be refunded if written notice is received by December 4, 2015, and 50 percent if by December 18. No refunds will be provided after December 18. Registrations made on or after December 18 are not subject to refund.

Accommodations - 

Our room block at the Four Seasons Biltmore Hotel is sold out. The Montecito Inn and Fess Parker’s Double Tree currently have availability. However, CBA does not have a designated room block with either property. Santa Barbara has other nice boutique hotels, if neither of these options are available.

Adjustments to existing reservations can be made by calling the Four Seasons Biltmore at (888) 424-5866. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check out is at noon.
