Equias Alliance, LLC, is a team of the most experienced consultants and technical support associates of the former Clark Consulting firm focused in BOLI and executive/director benefit consulting services.

Equias Alliance will serve the nonqualified benefit plan and BOLI needs of their clients they developed while working with Clark Consulting as well as provide services to new client banks in California and across the nation. Clark Struve has worked with California financial institutions over the past 20 years regarding these programs. Equias Alliance consultants serve more than 700 bank clients nationwide, provide a wealth of experience and knowledge of the market which include eight CPA’s, two attorneys, seven MBAs, three CLUs, plus many other designations and licenses.

Equias Alliance, LLC will provide ongoing BOLI and benefit servicing using a servicing system Clark Consulting developed in conjunction with Andesa Services, Inc. This system, a $20 million state-of-the-art project, was designed over the past three years to specifically replace Clark’s current systems. This administration system will provide the highest level of service in the industry.
