CBA Books and Resources

in

Do you have trainers and/or subject matter experts within your bank that like to train other employees? Do you lack the materials to run your own workshops? Not anymore!

CBA will provide you the tools for self study and in-bank training covering a wide variety of critical subjects in banking and financial services. These materials allow banks to offer AIB training in-house and employees to receive AIB credit that can be used towards completion of AIB Diplomas and Certificates. Use the AIB curriculum and textbook to teach the course and simply forward the exam results to CBA. We can also help you find an instructor, and advise you on training paths for your employees.

To order any of the following publications, please complete the attached order form.

For more information on these and other training materials, contact John Lingvall at 916/438-4428 or e-mail jlingvall@calbankers.com.

The program includes 90 minutes of instruction and 30 minutes live Q&A. Each registration provides one connection to the live webinar and 30 days access to the online seminar (recorded copy of the live event). You may have unlimited listeners on your connection by speaker phone. Visual components may be viewed by PC or a PC connected to an A/V projector for multiple participants. No special hardware is needed. You will receive a PIN, written materials and instructions prior to the seminar.

Video Webcast

A video webcast is an online seminar that features audio, video and a PowerPoint presentation streamed in real time to your computer.  So basically it's a webinar with streaming video added!

On-Demand Seminars & Podcasts

All webinars are recorded and put into a format to watch at your own convenience. The program can be viewed at any time with 24 hour availability. You can watch a portion of the program and come back and pick up where you left off! You also have the advantage to being able to review the program at-will in case you need a refresher.  Just go to our online catalog and type in the topic or webinar you are looking for in the "search box".  You will find hundreds of recorded programs in multiple formats.
