25th Annual Lenders Conference
The 25th Annual Lenders Conference is a marquis event for the California Bankers Association. For over twenty years, CBA has enjoyed continued growth for this program without pause. It’s an essential opportunity for chief lending officers and chief credit officers to convene face-to-face with their peers, regulators, economists and inspiring speakers that shape this program.

On Sunday, March 18th, our annual Golf Tournament will start the event at 11:15 a.m. Registration will begin at 5:00 p.m., followed by a welcome reception. Portfolio Stress Testing: One size does not fit all!
There are a variety of approaches to stress testing a (CRE) loan portfolio. Sophisticated, black box models are not always necessary to define potential areas of risk and to determine the impact on earnings and capital. Industry veterans Dave Kampff and Bob Koch discuss focusing on the simple factors that affect debt service coverage and collateral adequacy to foundationally assess a bank’s viability in adverse market conditions.
