Join your colleagues and our expert speakers to discuss the economic, legislative, legal and industry trends impacting your bank, and your 2011 human resources strategy.

In this session we will bring in experts to help you better understand what’s going on out there, and to prioritize which areas you need to focus on right now. In addition we will suggest tools and resources that you can bring back to your organizations to better ensure you and your organizations have more control over your own destinies.

Our goal is to strengthen your strategic management skills, give you ideas that you can implement in your bank, and provide you with networking opportunities with your peers.

Agenda

On Wednesday evening, September 8, we are having an informal reception at the Solara Coutyard, beginning at 6:00 pm. If you are planning on staying at the hotel this is a great opportunity to catch up with old friends and make new ones. There will be hors d'oeuvres and non-alcoholic beverages available, as well as a no-host bar.
