endorsed CRM partner

CoreTrac's ResourceOne solution best CRM choice for California community banks

Austin, Texas & Sacramento, Calif.-Dec. 1, 2004-The California Bankers Association (CBA) today announced that it has chosen CoreTrac, Inc., a provider of simple and affordable customer relationship management (CRM) solutions built exclusively for community financial institutions, as its Endorsed CRM Partner.

"We understand the increasing importance of CRM solutions to California banks and believe CoreTrac's solution offers the right mix of features and price for our members. ResourceOne will help our member banks better serve their customers while improving the bank's overall performance," said Reva Gould, CBA's vice president of Marketing. "Additionally, we have negotiated special pricing on CoreTrac's R1 solution for CBA members, delivering them even greater value."

CoreTrac provides a simple and affordable CRM solution to a rapidly growing national customer base of community financial institutions, including California banks North Bay Bancorp, The Mechanics Bank, Butte Community Bank, and Nara Bank.

R1 is a browser-based application running on the financial institution's internal network. It delivers the power to:

  • Track sales leads and referrals;

  • Manage loan and deposit pipelines;

  • Track employee incentive programs;

  • Develop and track targeted marketing programs;

  • Create institutional, branch and individual reports; and

  • Integrate multiple sources of data for a complete picture of customer and prospect relationships.

"The community banking market has long demanded a relevant and cost-effective CRM solution to help them efficiently manage customer and prospect opportunities with features such as automated lead and referral tracking, incentive tracking, pipeline management and more. We built R1 to deliver on that demand, and designed it specifically with community bankers in mind," said CoreTrac chief operating officer Dan Martin. "We are pleased that one of the country's most influential banking organizations has formally recognized that, with CoreTrac, a robust CRM solution can be both effective and affordable for the community FI market."
