Registration Cancellation Policy
The full registration fee will be refunded if a written notice is received by March 14, 2007, and 50 percent by March 21, 2007. No refunds will be provided after March 21st. Substitutions are allowed.

MCLE Credit
The Bank Counsel Seminar has been approved for Minimum Continuing Legal Education Credit (MCLE) by the State Bar of California for the amount of two hours for each two-hour session. CBA certifies that this activity conforms to the standards for approved education activities prescribed by the rules and regulations of the State Bar of California governing minimum continuing legal education.

Almon B. McCallum / Robert Frandzel Awards
The CBA Legal Affairs Committee will honor the recipient of the annual Almon B. McCallum Award at Thursday's dinner. This award, in memory of the founder of the Bank Counsel Seminar, recognizes distinguished and meritorious legal service by an in-house lawyer to the California banking industry.

The Legal Affairs Committee will also announce the recipient of the Robert Frandzel Award, acknowledging superior and noteworthy legal service by an outside counsel to the California banking industry.
