Compensation and Benefits Benchmark Survey

The California Bankers Association (CBA), conducts an annual comprehensive survey to California's commercial banks, industrial loan companies and savings institutions. The annual CBA Compensation and Benefits Benchmark Survey is a useful resource tool for Human Resources and Executive Management.

The CBA Compensation and Benefits survey provides base salary, incentive and commission compensation data for over 115 job classifications, directors' compensation information, human resources practices, comparative health care cost information and employee benefits summary statistics.

2005 CBA Compensation and Benefits Benchmark Survey

The 2005 CBA Compensation and Benefits Benchmark Survey questionnaire was mailed on April 5, 2005, to all financial institutions with assets up to $10 billion. The deadline for submitting data is April 28th. Click here for the compensation data spreadsheet link.

Customized Survey Reports

A customized report option is available with an individual organization’s compensation data to be reported separately from all other organizations allowing you to easily compare how your compensation compares to your peers by asset size and geographic area. This customized report option is being made available for an additional fee of $125 and is well worthwhile.
