Compensation and Benefits Benchmark Survey
The California Bankers Association (CBA), conducts an annual comprehensive
survey to California's commercial banks, industrial loan companies
and savings institutions. The annual CBA Compensation and Benefits
Benchmark Survey is a useful resource tool for Human Resources and
Executive Management.
The CBA Compensation and Benefits survey provides base salary,
incentive and commission compensation data for over 115 job classifications,
directors' compensation information, human resources practices,
comparative health care cost information and employee benefits summary
statistics.
2005 CBA Compensation and Benefits Benchmark Survey
The 2005 CBA Compensation and Benefits Benchmark Survey questionnaire
was mailed on April 5, 2005, to all financial institutions with
assets up to $10 billion. The deadline for submitting data is April

Customized Survey Reports
A customized report option is available with an individual organizations
compensation data to be reported separately from all other organizations
allowing you to easily compare how your compensation compares to
your peers by asset size and geographic area. This customized report
option is being made available for an additional fee of $125 and
is well worthwhile.
