In response to the industry’s need for qualified job candidates, the California Bankers Association has developed a program to connect CBA member banks with qualified candidates. CBA's Qualified Candidate Recruiting Program will provide CBA member banks access to resumes from MBA, graduate and undergraduate programs from universities in the UC and CSU systems as well as private universities.
